Dawndew Salad is a prepared salad supplier. By working closely with a carefully selected local grower, we are able to offer different varieties of “ready to eat salads” as well as unprepared salad products.

Our mixed leaf salads are ‘ready to eat’ and sourced locally from Lancashire.

Wholehead Salads

Sourced seasonally, products and pack sizes will vary each year.

A selective mix of crisp and crunchy or soft and velvety salad leaves which as a fresh ingredient, offer varying shades of colour, flavours and textures.

Our Prepared Salads are washed and ready to eat and available in clear or blue tint film.

Food Safety

Maintaining all aspects of food safety is of paramount importance to Dawndew Salad.

Through regular investment, assessment and review of our Quality Management Systems, we ensure our customer expectations are met and the appropriate food safety standards are maintained. At the same time, we continually strive to further improve the quality of the products and service we supply.
